Andy's Guy Stuff Blog Launched

January 31, 2005 - For Immediate Release

Andy's been writing about SQL Server and software development with Microsoft tools for a while now.  He's decided to take a different approach every so often.  To achieve that he's started Andy's Guy Stuff Blog as a place to write about kids, games, TV, sports, family, houses, food, and other guy stuff.  The first post is about defrosting a frozen drain pipe in the kitchen.  The blog can be found at http://andysguystuff.blogspot.com/  The RSS feed for the new blog can be found at: http://andysguystuff.blogspot.com/atom.xml

Andrew Novick is a software consultant, trainer, manager, and author with expertise in the construction of business applications using the Microsoft tools including VB.Net, C#, SQL Server and ASP.Net.  He's the author of Transact-SQL User-Defined Functions, published last fall by Wordware of Plano, Texas and co-author of SQL Server 2000 XML Distilled, now published by Apress.  In addition he's author of many articles about SQL Server and VB.Net programming.  He can be contacted at anovick@novicksoftware.com.
