I wanted to take a minute to follow up on the work you did with Nate and Nick on our database last month. Using end of month activity as a gauge, it looks like we were successful in getting things moving. Yes - we have more work ahead but as of now the big issues are resolved.

Software performance was our single biggest problem. We did everything we could do in-house to get the database running like it should and really needed some help. You quickly pinpointed problem areas and your setup, index and query recommendations greatly improved the software’s performance. Further, having Nate work with you increased his ability to find problems using diagnostic tools then creating indexes and/or fine tune queries to resolve them. You did a terrific job for our company and we all appreciate your efforts. It was a pleasure working with you.
